I love this bed. I honestly couldn’t be happier! It is beautiful and very well made. I love the nailhead on the headboard. I took a chance and ordered this bed without any reviews.. they also have the same exact bed in a blue color so I went by the only 3 reviews it had. I am so glad it all worked out in my favor. If you just want to put a mattress down this is perfect for you. It is not for a box spring as you can see in my photo, the bed is way too high... trying to figure out what I’m gonna do with the box spring now. The bed is pretty low to the ground without it. Too low for me..I also received my 3” mattress topper today from Lucid to go with my 10” Lucid mattress. Hopefully it’ll help raise my mattress from the ground after I take off my box spring.**update** I took off my box spring and lowered it a lot. My husband built one a little less than half the size our box spring was.( I have a memory foam mattress and don’t want the slats indenting it)

The bed is very pretty and the color is true to the picture. Assembly is relatively straightforward, my only issue was with the instructions themselves and the final step. The instructions will tell you to use parts that are lettered but the actual Parts themselves have numbers on them which makes it very hard to discern which parts to use at which Step. I found the included slats to be very flimsy and the screws to hold them in place are not long enough to attach the slats to the bed. I'm going to buy some longer screws and use my power drill to attach.

You’re going to want to grab your drill and replace the tiny screws in the front and back with 2-inch wood screws on the plates that you mount to...if your wife wants to have ANY fun. Otherwise you may find these mounting points to be weak and that cover of the bed will pop, drop, and sink due to....movement. Some bigger screws will also this thing a workhorse!

My bed was delivered next door at my neighbors home on 3/16. There was a choice on amazon to have it delivered inside of my front entrance. I chose that option, but hat didn't happen. The drivers did not come to my door to let me know they had arrived. I was home but didn't know that they had even come til I left out for an apptmnt! Now for the bed assembly, I had to pretty much guess how to put it together because the instructions didn't match with the actual materials. The bed did turn out great! It's sturdy but I won't buy from this company again.

I was a bit hesitant buying this on-line without seeing it. I am very happy with this. The price is amazing. It is good quality! The material feels thick and it's nice an padded. The headboard can be adjusted higher or lower depending on how thick a mattress you use. There are slats so no box springs is needed.The color is a rich turquoise/aqua blue color. The foot board is low and can be used as a "bench" to sit on ( we I put my shoes on sitting there) . I really do love this bed. For under $300 delivered. It takes a bit to put it together but I did by myself ( 50 something woman).

From the second I found this bed frame I fell in love! It's TRUE to picture and color and looks amazing when you get it assembled. Assembly wasn't hard to do only part we had an issue with was when we went to put the slats on to hold the mattress up the screws to hold the slats weren't long enough so we had to use different ones. Just glad we had some on hand!

Directions are a little confusing, lots of parts, bolts in different sizes with not clear labeling. Takes 2 people probably to assemble unless you are really good at this and strong. Some boards came split, splintering and cracks. Otherwise it turned out nice looking, a little darker than pictured but bright blue.
