Thea Gouverneur kits are the best quality I’ve come across. The designs are gorgeous, and the instructions are wonderfully detailed.

Very beautiful set - great quality of fabric and treads. I'm not super happy with instructions, since they are on 4 separate pages, but maybe it turns to be useful once I actually start the project.

Normally I love to do cross stitch, and this is a really pretty design, but this is so frustrating to do. You are supposed to use one thread at a time, it frays easily, and the stitches are so tiny. I have had to redo same six stitches three times. I am going to try to buy more floss, lower count aida cloth, and do this design with normal stitches. I hate it, I couldn’t wait to start this kit but you need a microscope to do it.

Very detailed project but the threads are all sorted onto cards - should keep me occupied for a while!

Bought as a gift, was well recieved

The media could not be loaded.  Ich hatte mich riesig gefreut, mal auf schwarz zu sticken, aber der Stoff ist eine zu große Herausforderung, man sieht kaum wo man die Nadel setzen muss. Ich weiß nicht ob die Geduld ausreicht, es soll ja schön aussehen und vor allem Spaß machen. Wahrscheinlich ist ein heller Untergrund die bessere Wahl 😔.Würde das nicht wirklich nochmal kaufen.Ansonsten ist das mit dem Rest sehr gut und verständlich.

Was für ein tolles Set!Schon alleine das Motiv ist einmalig schön.Ich habe bisher noch nie diese Art "sticken nach 'Zahlen " ausprobiert und mir war es ehrlich etwas bange.Dabei ist es so einfach.Man bekommt Alles mit dazu.Jeder einzelnen Garn Farbe sind Symbole zugeordnet.Die Garne befinden sich auf einem Papier Streifen auf den über jedem Garn das dazugehörige Symbol abgebildet ist.Man hat dann dazu eine Art Stick Plan.Alles sehr ausführlich und idioten sicher.Alles wird ganz ausführlich erklärt und man kann wirklich nichts falsch machen.Selbst Stick Laien wie ich einer bin , erzielen hier tolle Ergebnisse.Ich empfehle einen Stick Rahmen zu nutzen.So hat man den Stoff einfach besser Im Griff.Das ist ein wunderschönes Handwerk und es macht großen Spaß dieses wunderschöne Bild wachsen zu sehen.
