Not cotton stretch!
Its not strechy cotton! Mine was a polyester chiffon. Totally strange as you can tie it on the inside, but the outside wrap has nothing but one strap that doesnt tie to anything.

The skirt was described as soft, comfortable, breathable, skin-friendly, comfy to touch and wear, makes you feeling well. NOT AT ALL. It is a pretty skirt and design. The material is extremely scratchy, itchy and definitely not breathable or skin-friendly. It’s the scratchiest polyester you’ve ever felt.
