Nice nickelplated, soldered connections to wall end then c crimped brass connections at female plug-end. Appears to be well made, otherwise. Will update review after a few months of shop use but would have liked to see the same nickelplate on both sides. Theres a reason you dont see brass plugs anymore and its cause corrosion. Will check resistance at some point. I suspect that side will die at some point but thats heresay. Well just see how it performs.Ok edit:Very impressed. Thought there would be a ton of resistance leading to heat build up and failure. I spent most of a day ripping 4 8x10 24 foot timbers down to 8x8s with a large circ saw pulling aprox 1500 watts. The thing didn't even heat up and the plug end has been super solid. Would have liked nickel plated but hey if it works it works. Time will tell.

Perfect for my trucks 1000w block heater. Handled down to -30°F over the winter without issue and stayed pretty pliable. Obviously it got stiffer than it is at a temperature that wouldn't kill somebody if they stood outside too long but was still able to roll it up. Insulation seems heavy and voltage drop through the cord is low.great chord for the money and every bit as nice as a "name brand" cord that would cost a fair bit more and is likely made in the same or a similar factory.

I needed to replace one I had for many years. It was green, and I finally messed up with my hedge clippers! This one is just as tough and dependable and easy to use, and I see no reason it won't continue to give me good service. Also, the yellow stands out more. I hook it with another similar 50 foot cord if necessary for any yard work. However, with the locking connection, this one is my choice for plugging any machine directly. I'm very happy I bought it, and it's easily worth the price.

Bought this for my snow blower. It appears to have the flexibility needed for cold weather. Was hoping to use it in my wonder winder that works so well with regular outdoor cable but it will not coil correctly. Not the fault of the wire you just need a stiffer heavier cable for the wonder winder to work correctly. it also has a locking plug to make 2 cords or your tool to stay together. So far I like it.

I ordered a 10/3 heavy duty.Unfortunatley i recieved a 14/3 traditionalCord that is not rated or good for elecrical devices pulling amperage 50' away.Good price for a 14/3 Quality lit ends Flexable Cord.If this was the 10/3 at this price the warehouse would be empty.

Liked: locking connector, voltage light in plug, reel.material appears to be good, reel is terrific.Disliked: only offered at 15amps at 16 Guage for 50 foot model. I prefer above 15, ideally 20amp and 14 or 12 Guage.

I love the lock on the female end. I can hook the unit to my leaf blower and not have it pull apart. The lighted end is very useful and it's a well made cord. For the electric mower I still use an orange cord, but for other uses this works very well.

Love the locking cord! I have seversl tools that i was always fumbling with cords falling out. This cord is fantastic to lock the cords together and they dont come apart! 10 Stars!

Nice cord, no longer have to use 2 - 50 foot cords that always separated.
