Works great and portable
I have used the cheap bidet attachments on my toilet at home for many years. When I travel, it is amazingly the thing I miss the most - not my tempurpedic bed, fancy kitchen, entertainment center, etc. No, I miss my $30 bidet. I was considering getting another $30 bidet for travel to attach to a toilet when i was staying in a condo for a week - they only take about 10 minutes to install with a pair of pliers and a screwdriver. But then I found these portable bidet bottles. They work excellent. I am back to buy another pair since I have lost both of mine over the years (leaving them in hotels and condos). This is the highest volume version I can find, and works excellent, actually more powerful than my home version. I have had to clean the nozzle a couple of times, using a needle to clean out the pinholes, when it got weak.

Now this is power!
I bought a battery-powered hand-held bidet and was extremely disappointed by the very low pressure it produced. I had seen manual squeeze bottles during my original search for this kind of product, and so I took a chance that I'd be able to generate far more pressure by hand than the electronic one did. And fortunately, I was right! I can get the same amount of pressure with this as I can from my bidet attachment at home. The only real difference is that you can't get a continuous stream like with an actual appliance because you have to keep letting air back into the bottle. But this isn't really a problem; you just keep squeezing. If I have any complaint, it's that the drawstring bag it comes with is probably not going to last very long as-is. The stitches are very long and I can tell they will come apart over time. I plan on using my sewing machine to reinforce the stitching, as I really like this bag.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product. I'm already using it at work, and I plan on taking it on trips once we can start safely going places again (hello to the future from the coronavirus pandemic of 2020). If you need really good pressure, get this. You won't be disappointed.

Needs running water within an arms reach. Only ideal for private bathrooms.
I don't really think you can use this without any toilet paper. I'm actually using more toilet paper than before. Wipe, bidet, then wipe again, then possibly repeat before using more toilet paper to dry. It doesn't have enough pressure to really clean you out. This particular product has a lot of cons.1. It leaks. There's a supposed pressure seal on the bottom that you cover with your finger so that when you turn it over it doesn't leak out the hose. (The same physics as when you cover a drinking straw with your finger to pull liquid out of your glass). The instructions warn that there's a possibility that it can also leak from this bottom pressure hole, though my bottles are not leaking from there. Still water will still leak out of the bidet hose at the same rate when flipped over whether you have your finger on it or not. I believe these holes are predominantly for letting air back in after you squeeze.2. Water will leak from around the cap and where the hose lifts from. This always creates a wet puddle mess on and around the toilet.3. It doesn't come with a second cap to seal the bottle or a better thought out design which would allow you to seal the bottle. This means you can't store water in it for a later and it will get your bag wet when you put it away. This alone is the reason why this product is effectively useless anywhere that you don't have a faucet within an arm's reach of the toilet.3. You can't store water in the bottle. It didn't come with a seal cap or a better design that would allow you to keep water in the bidet. You can only use this when you're next to a water source. Filling it up in a crowded public bathroom is not ideal.Pros:It's better than not having a bidet. I thought about using one of those bidet attachments for plastic bottles, but the squeeze bottle is far better in terms of durability. It's also not loud, unlike the crunching of a plastic bottle. The hose extension is an absolute must. It lets me put it exactly where I want it and I'm not sticking the entire bottle in the toilet like those products require. In terms of pressure, it's okay. Actual plumbing bidets and shower heads will be far better, but it's not worthless. The pressure that comes out of this bottle is actually stronger than the weak water pressure my hotel shower has, so that's saying something.

Great!
Found these prior to major repairs on dominant side arm and shoulder. Decided, for our home, that this would be easier to contend with than an add on bidet seat. Allowed me to retain my dignity during early healing process and substantially reduced overall aide needed. And, still using. TP expenditure massively reduced, among other benefits. If your home does not have a bidet, this is worth getting. And every shoulder surgery patient I've recommended it to has been grateful for the recommendation.

Works great
Love this item and have reordered it to have extras. I have severe back stiffness and this works great for me as a bidet. Without being too specific, if it is at least half full of water, it has enough force to clean very well.

Don’t Buy!!
The bottle is too large to fit under the nozzle of a standard bathroom sink. Unless your sink has an arc in the faucet, this will not fit to be filled. It also leaks like a sieve. The wand collapses with the slightest pressure and the cap also leaks. This was on both bottles. Unless you want to mop your bathroom floor daily, I would suggest you not buy this product.

Works well with good pressure
Works well as intended. I could get 12-13 GOOD squeezes, each with fairly strong pressure output. The pressure is not as strong as the Neo 120 home bidet, but it is decent and STRONGER than the electric Bio Bidet BB 600.The directions are useless. Don't worry about covering up the vent hole at the bottom; this is a useless step. I simply filled the bidet to the rim, tightened the cover, pulled the wand all the way out with the nozzle aiming up to the ceiling. Held this way, it does not leak. Then move your hand backwards towards your 'behind' WHILE KEEPING THE NOZZLE AIMING UP. This way, there are no leaks. Then aim and fire away.
