Great Value, Push it in All the Way!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Cheap + from a well known brandFeels a little cheap but not too badValue for money:Great, very cheap and audio quality goodFit:You need to be careful, I thought it didn’t work for a bit and then I realized that the issue was because I hadn’t pushed the 3.5mm combo back in far enough. You need to push it in until it sort of “clicks”.

It works with my Pixel 9a--the first adapter I tried buying didn't
I upgraded to from a Pixel 3a to a Pixel 9a to discover that the new phone doesn't have an audio jack, and instead needs a USB-c to 3.5 mm AUX Jack adapter bought another that advertised it works with the Pixel 9. It doesn't. Audio leaks out, causing Gemini to activate and for the volume to be shut off. This one works, so I can continue to use my wired earbuds with my new phone!

Works!
Works for my irritating Samsung S23 Ultra that did not have a phone jack. My old wireless blue tooth still uses the old USB A type charger, so when it’s dead, no time to wait for the charge. This is left in my car ready for backup gym use.

Clear connection
Flexible little adapter that does what I needed it to do which was give me the option to use my wired Skull Candy ear buds with my iPhone 15 so I didn’t drain my bluetooth sets as quickly. It allows my headphones to get plenty loud, louder than I can handle if I ran it all the way up. No static noise at least yet. I’m dropping this review about ten minutes after opening the package. I an excited to test my over the ear headphones on this connection. Neither pair I own have in line mics so I can’t report on that. I’m all good though.

WAI
Amazon is flooded with various (cheap) adapters claiming theirs best. I wanted to have my trusted 3.5 headphones as a backup when my Bluetooth dies. This one works great with pixel 8 pro and Samsung s24 ultra. Working as expected. No issues.

A good choice for us prefer headsets to junk phone speakers
Nice, compact, sturdy feeling cable. Plugged it in, plugged my headphones in, and it worked fine.I do wish phones came with more than one USB-C port. Then I could have my phone charging while listening to music through it.The instruction sheet, in multiple languages et al, is far too small to be readable with my officially determined 20/15 vision. So I'm not sure if it's seemingly-low volume means something is wrong with it, but I can't read the instructions to see if there's anything I need to do to address it beyond raising the volume on my phone.

Good until it not (which isn't that long)
Bought 1 of these about a year or so ago and it broke after a few months. I then transitioned to earbuds so the adapter wasnt needed. Went back to a wired headset and decided to give this adapter a try again as I use Tidal to stream and want the best quality. Brought it again in April 2025, and the device no longer works, doing the same thing as the one before where it simply stops being recognized by the phone. Seems to be an internal hardware issue. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra

Powers my Sennheiser HD 600 to louder-than-listenable levels
Powers my 300ohm Sennies well, though seems to be slightly less powerful at first listen than the Ugreen 24/48 iOS Lightning version, which has plenty of clean power and leaves plenty of headroom with my HD 600. Regardless, this dongle powers them easily and to louder levels than would be healthy to listen to, so I’m satisfied.Switched over from the FiiO KA11, which outputs some 2.6V (based on user measurements over at ASR) but stays hot and is constantly drawing battery power, even when not in use. Goal here is to have something I can just leave plugged into my iPad and forget about. Hopefully this’ll accomplish that, and it’s so far staying cool to the touch. Seriously wish Ugreen would publish specs because these dongles are fantastic and seriously audiophile capable components
