Forehead Thermometer Medical Non Touch Infrared with Fever Alarm

I ordered this thermometer because of the good reviews, after a search for "made in USA" thermometers. I did not see the warning, which is now in the description regarding fake products. The warning says, "NOTE: MUST ORDER FROM REED WHOLESALE FOR ORIGINAL PRODUCT - there are fake Chinese sellers trying to sell this product from China." That's what I got. Returned it same day.

Great quality thermometer!I'm very impressed with this infrared forehead thermometer.First off, the built quality is impressive, it actually feels like it's professional grade.The readings on the thermometer are super fast. I was also surprised how fast it shipped.This forehead thermometer is super easy to use. It's exactly what we needed!And I love all the extra features that it comes with.

This thermometer is made in China.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I specifically shopped for an item that was made in America and not China. False advertising and trickery to get you to buy this item saying otherwise. I am very unhappy at being deceived and wasting my time on this item. Now I am stuck with an item I intentionally was avoiding because I was on a timeframe for one. Not all it says it is and do not like the way it works.

BOTTOM LINE-WASTE OF MONEYDevice provides meaningless information. First time we used it, readings varied between 2 people, over the course of 5 minutes, from 95 degrees to 100 degrees. We read the directions to find out what the "Normal" forehead temp should read and directions indicated between 96 and 100 was "Normal", yet also indicated that forehead temp is different than oral. So if oral "Normal" body temperature is 98.6 +/-, and oral temp of 100 is low grade fever, possible COVID, than what good is a forehead thermometer that has a "Normal" band of 96 to 100?Directions are not written user friendly. Too many possible functions with too few button to select with & too many multiple functions for the same button.

I have no issues with this product. Follow instructions and use. Mine is as accurate as my 2 drug store oral thermometers. Instant read and no need to clean. No need to hesitate either if you just had a hot or cold beverage. Very convenient. Get one for the family. The price is right. In this era of virus scares you cant afford to not have this available. Real peace of mind.

From the time that I received this thermometer when you turn it on it would show low battery. I thought it just shipped with a low battery. I finally got around to getting new batteries. I bought 4 brand new Energizer batteries and put them in - still showed low battery. I took them out and put them on my battery tester. They all tested Strong. I put them back in and tried it again - still said low battery. It would still take a temperature so I just kept using it that way. Now two months later is shows low battery but will not take a temperature. Again, new batteries and it does not work. The batteries have been tested - old and new, both are strong and work in other items. So, I do not advise buying this product.

I rarely, if ever write a negative review, but this thermometer takes the cake: it’s absolute JUNK!It’s very flimsy, and doesn’t work at all. I initially thought I’d replace the batteries it came with as they might be old, but even with new batteries, it errors with a “red, Lo” status button. Went to the manual and it gives zero remedy to fix this error. I’m returning and requesting a refund, as this is absolute junk.
