Works well with LED lamps in one wiring configuration
If you are using these in a 3 or 4 way switch setup, make sure you place the controller at the location of the switch leg to the light and the slave (3 way companion switch) at the location of the feed and 4 way locations if a 4 way setup. One set of the instructions shows the controller at the power feed location and wired through to the light leg with companion (slave) switches. This did not work for me. The slaves cannot turn the light on/off. Otherwise these work well.

Easy all around
Had to replace an old 3 way switch. This product was easy to Install and use. We should have changed out the switch a few years ago.

Good product, behaves properly
Ideal solution for locations needing low light, since all modern LED products emit so powerfully. I have lowest-watt rated outdoor locations set at 25% which is just right for garage 'carriage' lights. Device responds to signals very reliably.

Works just fine.
The unit works just fine once I found in the small print of the instructions that it required a minimum 40W load for proper operation. It was totally unreliable with only LED bulbs. It would have been nice to have known about the minimum load requirement before purchasing.

Excellent. Make sure you have a neutral wire.
Awesome. Used with Cree Dimmable candelabra LED bulbs. Tried about 5 different dimmers. Finally. This thing works when nothing else did.

Poor Quality.
Feels cheep. Button ended up breaking in a few months. The fact that it looks like a rocker but doesn’t function like one, confuses everyone that comes to my house. No one can turn on the light.I think something in my home is interfering with this. Every day I come home and turn on the light, its set to output at 10%. My wife complained until I took it out.I started adding X10 to my whole house over 10 years ago, and I loved it. After sinking hundreds of dollars, now x10 is obsolete. I’m taking each piece out as it breaks. And after 10 years they are all breaking. Between that and that new devices throw so much noise onto the power lines, the ones that still work- barely get signal. Even with a booster/repeater in my electrical box and filters on my flat screen TVs. Things like CFl bulbs, LED TVs, LED cabinet lights, vacuum cleaners, fish tank pumps wreak havoc on X10 signal. If your still putting money into X10. Bite the bullet and move on.
