The Fall of Hollywood's Playboy
I smiled and laughed through this entire sexy, sassy, enemies to lovers romance with off the charts sexual tension! This country music star is about to bring Hollywood's most wanted heartthrob to his knees.Birdie Harris is a country music star who has just been given the opportunity to star in her first movie. Her family warns her off her infamous co-star. He likes fast cars and beautiful women. She needs to keep her pants on around America's Sexiest Man Alive to keep her reputation intact.Andrew Watson's mission becomes Birdie as soon as they meet for the first time. He may be wanted by women around the world, but he only wants the one that's keeping him at arms length. He loves to rile her up and she makes it so easy. Starring alongside her will be nothing but fun for him. These two are witty and snarky with their banter and it makes for some laugh out loud moments. The chemistry between Birdie and Andrew is smokin' HOTTT! On screen they sizzle, but off screen she can't get far enough away from her tormentor. Andrew knows what he wants and he's not going to stop until her gets her. This was a fun read that I enjoyed from the first to the last page. Andrew went from jerk status to full blown swoony boyfriend material. The man knows how to sweep a woman right off her feet. The build up was well worth the wait because when they broke it was fireworks! And props to Uncle Tim for the constant comic relief. We all have one in the family. My favorite author duo continues to bring us lovable characters, unending humor and lasting love. A great read and another couple to love. And that ending....Romance Gold.

Tension-filled and sexy
Love all that delicious tension! This lighthearted enemies to lovers romance is filled with chemistry and humor, making the pages fly by. Our hero is a shameless playboy who has finally met his match, and sparks fly between the two right away. I loved all of the bickering that is really banter, the humor, and the slow build from loathe to love. And while it took a long, long time for the hero to grow on me, he did win me over by the end.The story follows Birdie, a country music star on the rise. She’s set to audition for her very first acting role and has been warned by her friends that her potential co-star is not the kind of guy whose charms she should fall for. An established actor, Andrew has a reputation for being a bit of a jerk and for loving all of the things that come with the Hollywood lifestyle - including the endless buffet of women. When he meets Birdie, it’s lust at first sight, but she is immediately put off by the personality beneath the pretty package. The two heat up the screen, and it’s not long before their relationship shifts in a new direction.I always love the humor in Monroe’s books, and there’s definitely plenty of that in this one. There’s also a whole lot of CHEMISTRY between these two; they have zero problems in that department. My only real disconnect from this one is Andrew. He is just a little too oversexed and arrogant for my personal tastes, so my like of Birdie would diminish every time she fell for his charms. It’s also a slow burn (which I love), but these two are still flirting with other people halfway in (which I don’t love), and denying that there’s anything more than heat for even longer. That’s really the only thing that holds me back from calling this a 5-star read. I enjoyed it from start to finish, read it in one or two sittings, but wanted to like the characters a little more. That being said, Andrew really does show his sweet side in the back half and I grew to like him a lot more. I received an ARC via Social Butterfly PR and am voluntarily leaving a review of this tension-filled romance.

Hilarious, sweet, sad, passionate ... A blockbuster hit!
Do not read this book anywhere you would be embarrassed to laugh out loud. Or giggle out loud. Or do the cackle-snort thing … I know you know what I mean. Birdie and Andrew, the lead characters in this book, together are snarky, crazy, electric, outrageous and fun. This is an enemies-to-lovers, workplace romance with a bit of a forbidden romance edge. Max Monroe always excel at creating characters who are multi-dimensional, and writing dialogue that is clever and true to the characters. This book delivers that all perfectly.Birdie is ready to make the leap from country music star to movie star, in a role that seems perfect for her. Her co-star, Andrew, is a box office star already, with a reputation as a total playboy. The people closest to Birdie warn her vehemently to not get personally involved with Andrew. Andrew, however, has sides to his personality that people don’t know about. He is also a much better person then his reputation would indicate. She intrigues him for multiple reasons, including some he himself can’t understand.Luca and Billie (Taming Hollywood's Baddest Boy) and Rocky (Winning Hollywood's Goodest Girl) have important roles in this book, but you do not have to know their stories to completely enjoy this one. It’s fun when characters from other books appear! The only flaw in this story is that I want to know how the movie ‘Grass Roots’ did at the box office, and what about the 2 albums??Max Monroe … ladies … please give us another story in this book universe!

LOVED!
OMG! I absolutely loved Birdie and Andrew.  The first line had me laughing out loud and honestly was another one of those stories where I had a huge smile on my face whilst I was reading it. Word of warning though you need to make sure that you have time to read it all in one sitting as you will not want to put it down!We first meet our heroine Birdie in her sister Billie and Lucas’s story Winning Hollywood’s Baddest Boy. We also meet Andrew our hero in this book as well as he is best friends with Lucas. Birdie is a Nashville country star who decides to audition for a role in a Hollywood movie after her sister says the part is perfect for her. She is warned though by her friend Rocky, who is a Hollywood superstar herself that her co-star/love interest  Andrew, if she gets the part is a notorious Hollywood  playboy and to watch out!  I was laughing so much when Andrew and Birdie first meet you just know that their story is going to be explosive and it really is! Birdie doesn’t take any of his nonsense and puts him right in his place but that just makes Andrew even more determined to win over Birdie!I loved seeing what was happening with Billie and Rocky. The girls group chats were so good! Special mention to Sam and Blake, Birdie and Andrew’s assistants who I absolutely loved! This is Enemies to Lovers complete standalone but I would highly recommend reading the first two in this Hollywood series!

Great Read
Eagerly awaited Birdie and Andrew’s book and didn’t disappoint. Would have loved a bonus epilogue with how the movie was received though. Having had our vows renewed in Fiji could totally relate to the ending. Magic place with awesome people.

Good.
Always enjoy a Max Monroe story. Birdie was feisty and charming. Andrew is the quintessential bachelor with a long list of conquests. I loved their banter and laughed loud and often through 5his story. Andrew hides a sweet, caring soul under his player persona.
