First, the negatives - are minimal even though I've nitpicked this product for the review. The packaging makes all the scents mingle together and the box is overwhelming when you open it. Each scent smells very close to the others because they are packaged together. Also, the smoke stains, so don't set it on anything you care about. It comes with a circle pad, but the smoke left a ring outside the pad. It's made out of plastic or resin and would be much better if made out of something harder so the paint is crisper.Now the positives - I thought it was a great size, the smoke is fascinating to watch, the statue is beautifully made and I am very happy with the purchase. If you are a perfectionist and want a top-of-the-line, expensively made gift, then this isn't for you. But if you're like me and just want to find a zen moment watching smoke drift, then this is exactly what you need and won't kill your pocketbook. In fact, it was much more impressive than I was expecting for the price.

I think this is one of the best looking backflow incense burners around.Pros:*Reasonably priced.*Looks great, lots of details.*Smoke flow down 1st waterfall works as intended and is very attractive.Cons:*Much, much darker in picture. Almost to the point you don't see the colors in the listing picture. This is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 4.*While having the back open allows the scent to diffuse out better and looks nice, this opened up an airflow that kept the smoke from going from the first waterfall to the bottom (where it is supposed to pool up under the bridge.*While you get alot of incense cones with this set, they all come in 1 sealed package and due to this they all smell the same.*The incense cones did backflow properly, but they did not smell like the "flavors" they were described.*The incense cones did not come in even amounts, some had as few as 5 others had 10+.*While it came with a mat, the mat was only big enough to allow the burner to sit on with about an inch showing in the front/back (the sides were even with the mat). Depending on which incense you use, you will need a placemat to protect what it is set on.

Beautiful incense holder. There are lots of tiny details to draw your eye, the incense sits in there nicely and you can't beat that they send you so many pieces with the holder. The scent is nice too in the ones I've burned so far. The backflow ones are my favorite, it's lovely to watch how it waterfalls down the piece.

This product is much bigger than expected 11.5 inches tall. It is very beautiful and works well as long as there is not much moving air. The only negative is that it does not come with everything in the description. I was missing 10 cones and some scents I only received 1-3 cones while others I had more than 15. Tried to contact the seller about the missing cones and never received a response. Other than the missing cones and the lack of variety of cones this is a great relaxing product.

Keeping it as a home enchanted mountain with added lights. You can see all the details.. Smell and smoke is ingerious to your eyes!!!! BEWARE WARNING...IT LL HURT, TEARY, DRIES, SOBBING.....WASH WITH COLD WATER..The smell & smoke Injured my eye. Its almost 8 hrs now, still hurting, tears, redness. Hurts. This is pure wood powder cedar, from Nepal. And yes, it smells and is dangerous to your eyes. Why did USCIS approve the incents! They smell so horrible that I had to constantly lit up sandlewood incent. Put a rose oil burner next to it. I even sprayed the mountain with rose oil. It smells like you burnt something!!!

Bought this for my mom and she likes it. The backflow works fine and it’s nice to look at. The incense smells good and is strong enough to fill up the whole living room quickly.It could be a good gift, however, the incense cone burns out way too fast. The cone was almost done already when the smoke just reached to the bottom level. I expected one cone burns 10-15 minutes but was only 7-8 minutes actually.Also, the description says there comes with 120 incense cones, but I only received 110 (I didn’t count it on purpose, I just needed to organize them in a box and just realized there’s only 110 pieces.)One last minor thing, I see different colors indicates different scent, but I had hard time to distinguish which is which because the colors I received look different than in the picture (can’t really tell which is apple, sandalwood, or jasmine.)Besides those minor things, I think it’s a good gift.
