It was great until it wasn’t
I was just excited I found the right dough hook and got it ordered. When it arrived I was excited until my husband pointed out the chips and cracks in the coating! Ugh 😩

While it is just slightly slimmer than the original, my wife has used it many times now to make bread, In fact as I write this, she is making hot rolls!

Seems just as good as the name brand dough hook.
The photo taken of this dough hook makes it appear as if the hook is made thinner and less rugged than a Kitchenaid dough hook. This is not the case. I compared this with a Kitchenaid hook, side by side and they seemed equally as durable. I bought this hook since I never cared for the "power hook" that came with my mixer. This hook made the best pizza dough I think I have made with my mixer!
