The media could not be loaded. I bought this oven so I could continue baking. During lock down I moved and was delivered an incorrect item (gas cooker) by Argos. Unable to return during the pandemic, I had to make do. Unfortunately all my baking kept burning as temp control was not good in my GAS oven.After a lot of research I stumbled across this Turbo-tronic oven. I am so pleased I bought it as it has paid off for everything I’ve done in it since purchasing it. Delivery was quick and it came well packaged.The oven is light and easy to position. The controls are straightforward to use. The light comes on once the timer is set and a gentle but audible ping sounds to let you know the timer has run to the end of the time you set. A very gentle ticking remains while the timer runs it’s cycle, this ticking is not loud or obtrusive to the general ambience in the kitchen.I have done garlic bread, baked a lasagne, done frozen pizza, baked buns and cooked some fish pies from frozen and so far all of these have turned out as expected, i.e. no cold spots, no burning of baking and the temp as far as I can tell has remained stable. Browning of the food seems even, though I was dubious of the heating elements (two single spaced rods at the top and bottom of the oven), but these have proven to be excellent. The power and heat up time is absolutely amazing. This was proven when I placed some shop bought chips (takeaway) to keep warm in the oven while I finished off cooking some fish on my gas stove top. The chips remained piping hot, no added colour or browning as I did not need it so kept on a low temp and they came out in time as the fish was done. I mean that heat up time was super fast and the chips were in there less than 10 min or so. A much better result than heating chips in microwave, (which would have steamed them up).The fan is operates relatively quietly and I think helps with even browning of food. I have nothing but praise for this genius bit of kit. I doubt I’ll be using my main gas oven again (only as a secondary oven if I bake or need to do roasts) otherwise the table top oven is amply powerful for a versatile range of grilling/baking and rotisserie. The latter I have not yet tried (will update when I use the rotisserie function).Most definitely pleased with this purchase, it has exceeded my expectations.I recently queried something with the customer service team, they were quick to respond and are in the process of resolving my issue (non-mechanical matter) the oven is working fine. They have been really generous and helpful.So if you’re looking for an all singing, all dancing oven that fits on your worktop, go for it, treat yourself to one of these. Hopefully you’ll be just as pleased as I am.

Cheese on toast great ' will fit 6 normal slices on wire rack' - pizza nice n crispy, chicken nice n crispy and lovely and moist inside, chips and roast potatoes just right - crispy n soft inside and not one side white - Mac'n cheese lovely creamy inside n crispy on top same for cauliflower cheese. Very simple to use heats up fast lots of power and a good but simple selection of variable settings, looking forward to doing some baking. Only thing I would add is a crumb tray but a heavy duty silicon sheet working well on the bottom.5*****

What a pile of utter rubbish.We bought this as an extra cooker to help at Christmas times, purchased on 22/12/23 used once that Christmas and then at New year then it sat in the corner of our study all year, plugged it in yesterday and bang !! it blew the house electrics, checked it on a different circuit and still the same. Lucky it comes with a 2 year guarantee, YOU'LL NEED IT.One saving grace is that Amazon Customer Service we're excellent, arranged a collection and a full refund, SUPURB.

This is a great oven. Bought for my 79yr old mum to use on the worktop as she has a bad back and finds it hard to bend down with a normal oven.2 issues!1. The top of the oven, externally, gets REALLY hot! Don't put anything flammable on top when in use!2. The heating elements are completely exposed, both top and bottom! It is essential that the tray is in place at the bottom when the rotisserie is being used to prevent a fire hazard. In addition, due to the exposed elements - wear oven gloves!
