I've been using this product for 6 days straight so I want to start off by saying I've become far more productive in my daily life in the little time I've used Proper. Don't take this expecting a miracle though--it improves your actual sleep, but it's not a pill that will knock you out cold, and I think that's one of the benefits of taking natural supplements over traditional drugs.These pills smell like peppermint or lemon and are very easy going down (no holding your nose!). After about a half hour, you'll want to start heading over to bed to get the full effects of Proper.So on the first day, I took these and had one of the most delightful dreams where I was painting a pumpkin. Cut to today, and I've actually finished painting my pumpkins for Halloween! But after a few days my dreams have almost completely vanished, which I think means my body is adapting.I've found that I've become happier and more well rested. Proper does make you slightly sleepy, but it is not a silver bullet for fixing your circadian rhythm.I would 100% recommend this if you want to improve your sleeping and overall quality of life. It has organized my brain and I'm pretty sure it reignited my penchant for creativity. I wake up feeling ready to start the day, and unlike melatonin, I'm not groggy for hours upon waking. Cannot recommend this more to those suffering from lack of or poor quality sleep. This product could not have come at a better time for me.

I have chronic insomnia and tried everything. This didnt work for me.

Check out my sleep from my garmin. I worked graveyard NOC shift for 13 years and was lucky if I got to sleep 4 hrs a night if I slept at all. It was seriously effecting my life. In just about every aspect. I can not thank them enough for this amazing product. Don't hesitate get it.

This has improved my sleep quality with no side effects. It tastes nasty but it wasn't purchased for flavor so don't change anything.

When I first ordered this I was thinking it had melatonin in it which is great because I have trouble falling asleep sometimes but it doesn’t have any melatonin in it. Aside from that, I wake up early for work and I always feel so groggy when I wake up but this product has noticeably changed that for me. Now when I wake up I feel wide awake which is great. Love it.

This product is fantastic! I took my first dose last night, about an hour before I wanted to head to bed. I felt a very gradual and comfortable sense of drowsiness progressing over the next hour or so, without any kind of mental fog, fell right asleep after turning out my light, and woke up about 7.5 hours later (which is incredible for me) with a clear head and a positive mood. Couldn’t be happier and look forward to many more solid nights of sleep ahead!

This did not work for me, and despite their guarantee for your money back, the company did not honor it because I bought thru Amazon.Sleep quality did not improve. I did not feel any more rested in the mornings. In fact, I felt a slight hang over effect from taking it. This feeling would not pass until another night's rest.
