Really strong and well made. The coating is very easy to clean, but better than that it is going to last a long time. It’s aluminium so quite light, but thick walled so it is stiff and strong. So glad we made this purchase. We’re tired of cheap non stick tray that wear out after a few uses. The depth is large as well, so that fat won’t spit out in the oven. If this had a lid it would be perfect. Well recommended. Nice blue colour to add to the appeal!

I am loving my new roasting dish, it's the best one that I have bought. It's not too heavy and is very easy to clean. It heats up very quickly and retains the heat so that things cook more quickly, this saves money as it means shorter oven times. It's also deep enough to make large stews, pasta bakes and pies. Don't regret this purchase at all.

I bought this to do Phil Vickery turkey recipe, first used it on the induction hob then straight into the oven it kept the turkey very moist and cooked lovely crispy roast potatoes while turkey was resting made gravy everything worked out really well using only one tin, its lovely and light easy to wash by hand looked as good as new. Highly recommended

Really good quality ideal for doing roast potatoes

Wowser this is one heck of a pan, I chose the stunning blue, with the stone like inner finish, very scratch resistant. It’s huge, proper huge, you can cook the biggest turkey in here. Solid, durable, wonderful on the hob or in the oven, dishwasher proof - literally everything you could want in a pan. Not too heavy either, for my arthritic hands, which is another major bonus.Except....there seems to be some confusion about the maximum oven heat you can use. The initial marketing blurb says 200° which is only gas mark 6, yet the later blurb says 220°, equivalent to gas mark 8, which is much better. I can understand the concern of my fellow reviewer, as we all need to really blast things on a scorching heat occasionally. So I did a pork joint this weekend, I seared the crackling on gas mark 8 at the beginning and the end of the cooking, as I always do, and I’m happy to report the pan worked wonderfully well with no ill effects (so did the crackling). But if the manufacturers can clarify this it would help, a lot of people would be put off by a roasting tin which wouldn’t withstand a very hot oven!At £37 this is quite the bargain, particularly as it has such a long guarantee, but it needs clarification on maximum temperatures.

Was not sure about this when I ordered but it was one of few on offer that was deep. It is brilliant! Very lightweight, great non-stick and it looks good. So much so I bought a second one.
