I first thought both the handle and spoon bowl were going to be too rigid to work but…! The handle is comfortable and the bend really does set it nicely on the counter, keeping the bowl neatly above the surface. The material is strong enough for vigorous mixing and supple enough for thorough scraping. I’ve used it in baking and for pushing things around in non-stick pans and enameled cast iron (don’t dare use it on raw cast iron, no matter how well-seasoned). This is a measuring tool, a spoon, and both a cooking and a scraping spatula! Love the little one, too (gets ALL the jelly or mustard out of the wee jar)!

Well worth it, multi-use! I discovered and purchased their Teaspoon while on vacation about 1 year ago. I finally got around to finding and ordering the Tablespoon.

These things are awesome! Being able to scrape the bottom of a pan, and stir, and measure, and not need a spoon rest (or getting your counter/stovetop dirty) when you put it down - this is something that someone should have thought of years ago!I am knocking a star off for only one reason - the measuring marks in the spoon are small and can be a bit difficult to read, and they are a bit on the large side. When I compare against two different sets of measuring spoons, the Supoon will give you about an extra 1 milliliter depending on which measure that you're using. I know that this is a very small amount, but if you're doing something that requires a significant amount of precision, you'll want to keep a set of measuring spoons handy.

That was my first thought when my husband gave me this! I even kept the packaging so I could return it. HOWEVER this has turned out to be my "go-to" soon for everything! I think it is the flat edge that does indeed get into the corners, but I happily discovered that it does a perfect job chopping up chunks of ground meats/scrambled eggs/softened large chunks of veggies....the measuring rings are very handy also. Basically it has become the only cooking spoon I use. As for setting it on the counter...well spoons do get drippy so....but it does sit upright in the spoon rest and lets my little taste cool off without spiling!!!

As I start to write this review, I can't contain myself for having grabbed this Blue Supoon while it was still in stock. Who knows when it will be restocked? I already had a Red one but thought a Blue one would add nicely to my collection of Supoons. I wouldn't go into another review on the mini Supoon but I've found it useful for something as elementary as poaching a perfect egg.Anyway, the first thing I have to say about the Supoon is that it rules supreme over all other spatulas, for a Supoon is a lot more functional than your typical spatula. Yes, they all have the silicone to make it easy on the pots and pans while making stirring easy. However, the curved arm (or the bend) means you can rest it on a flat surface without staining it. In fact, I've come to rest it on the side of a pan sometimes, using the bend as a hook.Another feature other spatulas can never be used for is to double the Supoon as a measuring cup with its spooned silicone so that a precise amount of sauce can be added to the food being cooked.So, here's a recommendation to all kitchen moms and dads: don't enter it without a Supoon in your hand!

Just do yourself a favour and buy one. It's the most essential utensil you didn't know you needed.It does everything it advertises perfectly. Having known about this for a few years now, I just wish I had bought one sooner. I have since bought a second one as it is that good.
