Now admittedly I've only had this for a couple of days and will see how things turn out long-term but so far so good. A few years back I had knee surgery following a car accident and doing yard work this year I definitely reinjured my knee and knowing what the alternative is I wanted to try a brace and I'm glad I did. It seems to be working well. I can feel more support in the knee but I also like how this is made. I didn't want to get anything thick or rigid and this is not. In fact: it's a very soft material and I like the three straps that hold it in place properly. But if you're looking for something that's soft pliable but yet provide any support I would recommend this brace.

When I put them on, the face of the brace digs into the skin and leaves an impression on it. The face should be a softer material so that there is not an uneven surface next to the skin. It left me with the wrong impression.

My mom loves it and wears it more than the brace the doctor gave her for her knees because of the flexibility.

This came in handy when my knee was hurting. I wore it daily and it washed up nicely.

Didn't work at all. An ace bandage works better

I received this complimentary knee brace in exchange for my unbiased and honest review, which is exactly what you will get. Fortunately, I got this brace at the right time. About 3 months ago I injured my knee during a workout. There wasn't a lot of pain involved, just a little bit of nagging soreness - but there was a definite issue of instability. My knee felt like it was going to give way if I didn't take it easy. I stopped my workouts and initially purchased this brace  Mueller Adjustable Knee Support One Size Fits Most, 1-Count Package . That brace provided excellent stability support and helped me through the initial healing. Unfortunately, it is too bulky and uncomfortable for use during exercise. It isn't very flexible and the strap system rubs a lot behind the knee. This TheraKnee brace is exactly what I need right now for good support that still affords flexibility and comfort. I am now running and working out again (cautiously) and this brace is perfect.The strap design does not cause any discomfort around the knee. It also allows some flex, so that active walking or running is still natural. The quality is good, the velcro straps hold tight, and the side stabilizer inserts on each side of the knee provide extra support. I really like this for ongoing support while getting back into physical activity.You will have to decide what you need depending upon the extent of your knee injury and/or pain. This is not the most structurally extensive knee brace you can find, and you may need something more serious. But I love this for extended wear because of the comfort and for use easing back into physical activity due to it's flexible design. I will definitely keep using this as a protective measure as my knee continues to heal. It provides the perfect mix of support, comfort, and flexibility I need right now.

It contains three straps that can be adjusted to receive different levels of compression.I suffer from knee pain sometimes so this knee brace is great to have, especially when walking up stairs, since that has been my greatest source of knee pain. It has added heat around my knee area and made if feel "calmer". I have used disposable knee patches in the past that accomplished this so it is nice to have a brace I can wear now that gives some heat to my knee area that I can keep much longer.I barely noticed it was there when walking with it on. When I used it when I was riding on my exercise bike it was kind of awkward feeling because it kind of slid around. So, the biggest thing I will keep it on hand for is when my knee starts from hurting from walking up stairs (which I do a lot of just about every day).I received this free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
