Love it so far!
This came a week earlier than anticipated. First things first, it’s a little larger than I anticipated. Not the biggest issue. I do wish the buttons lit up but they won’t be too hard to remember. I did read reviews before my purchase and I saw many people say that the plastic cut into their legs. I sat in a very comfy office chair, and I had no issues with any part of the foot bath cutting into my legs. It was comfortable and easy to use in my opinion. For the record I’m 5’3. All in Al I’m highly pleased with this purchase. My only big issue is the pumice stone in the middle is located just in the wrong place. I couldn’t get the heels of my feet on it that great. Other than that, I would recommend this brand of foot bath.

Home Spa essential
This is my first foot spa and I am glad I bought the heated version. I recommend this model for anyone who wants to pamper themselves at home. Very simple design and easy to tuck away in closet. A variety of modes, heat levels, bubbles, massages wheels and even a mood light. There is even a handle designed in the spa that conforms to the design, when not in us. I use the timer for 30 minute use and look forward to using this every week [Spa Day] especially when flip-flop season comes, the skin on your feet will always be soft and clean :) The cost pays for itself after a few uses, versus going to a nail salon/resort spa. I use a low profile chair[w/ pillow] during use and a towel on the ground to dry my feet after use. I now want to start my own spa business after using this and seeing how rewarding it feels.

Pleasant Comforting Foot Spa Could Be Better
There are plenty of things about this foot spa that deserve compliments. It is large enough for long men's feet and the bubbler is pleasant. However, it would benefit from a few improvements. Temperature control is erratic when compared to a good digital thermometer. There have been a few instances when it has gotten quite a bit hotter than its display indicates. The massagers work well for average sized feet, but tend to rotate in places on long feet that create some discomfort. The different massage setting are good, however, for those of us who can use it. Lastly, cleaning it is a bit challenging. The surface is a bit too rough to clean well unless the interior is dried completely. Otherwise, odors can develop.I am hopeful that, with a few modifications, this could be a superior product.

heating components are terrible
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY-i bought this product based on the length / depth / temperature control. the length and depth are fine, however the temperature controls are the worst. it can take 4 on/off cycles for the water to get to 40c which means no turn it on and come back in abit for a warm soak. We have resorted to heating water in the stove as it is quicker and much more efficient and effective, which defeats the purpose of spending the money for a soaker with a built in heater. The massagers in the bottom also tend to pull your feet to the center so you are constantly readjusting your feet. The pumice stone in the bottom is a small - maybe 2-3 centimeter ‘knob’ that is so close to the back you can not use it except for a tiny area in your heel.and … i can’t believe in today’s society the sparse instructions include the statement ‘do not let mental retard use this’

Perfect
This is the perfect unit for the price. I initially thought the four shiatsu type massagers just moved or didn’t move, and the rollers under the feet, I thought rolled independently but they are all motorized, and there’s a couple different programs so it’s a really nice massage for the feet. Plus there’s a stone in the middle for rough spots and that moves too. I’m a pretty big guy and put a bit of weight on them and they still move no problem. Amazing for the price and really good size

A foot spa for large feet, but otherwise pretty basic
I bought this because there was a posted answer from the manufacturer that made it clear it would be large enough for a man's size 12 feet. I can confirm that, yes, I can get my size 12 feet into it. There is even plenty of extra room front-to-back, but not a lot of room side-to-side. As other reviewers have noted, the edges of the spa unit are sharp and really bite into your legs while you're using it. Draping some hand towels around the edge helps cushion it a bit, but after 30 minutes, I had deep indentations in both of my calves from the edge. Unless you're petite, the most comfortable way to use it is to soak one foot at a time. It does keep the water nice and hot, though it is annoying for us Americans to have to convert the Celsius setting into Fahrenheit. The bubble feature is adequate to ensure that the water circulates and stays evenly warm, but it is not strong enough that you can actually feel the bubbles on your feet. I found the massage elements to be annoying and prefer to leave them turned off. It comes with casters that you can attach, but I left them off as I would not want it any higher than it already is, and I feel like it is much more stable and less likely to tip without the casters. The high walls make it a bit tricky to get your feet in and out but do mean that it is plenty deep to submerge your feet up to the ankles. The unit itself is surprisingly light, so even with water in it, I found it easy to lift it in and out of the bathtub for filling and emptying. If you have a belly like I do, the control panel can't be reached while your feet are in the unit. You either have to take a foot out so you can lean over enough to reach the buttons, or you have to have a yardstick or a long wooden spoon if you want to change the settings while you're using it. The buttons themselves do not light up, so you have to have the manual handy or else memorize which button is which when you go to make an adjustment. In summary: I wanted something with hot water that I could fit my feet into -- this met all those requirements.
