Very good packaging.
My daughter likes the hair it is soft and the only problem was a little odor from the hair. It is thin bundles I suggest you buy more for fuller look. Since she has extra bundles from another seller she will fine.

Probably wash it first
The hair is soft and if you wash it first, for me it didn't tangle bad or hardly at all. When I first got my hair I thought it was kinda thin but once I installed it, it was perfectly fine.

Horrible
The hair feels like a fake mixture of human and synthetic fiber, i ran my hands through it & couldn't believe they played me,i will never purchase again. It's like the hair is from a baby doll.
