Item arrived on time and as seller described. I give one less star for this item since I had a slight problem lining up the outside button with the inside button once I put the batteries in and closed it. Once I got that done, the massager works quite well. I have swelling on my knee from having surgery recently, so I needed a massager that would get down to a deep tissue massage.

To have three speeds it not as intense as it should be for three speeds. Will recommend to friends, is a great buy strong and sturdy, I like the material it is made of.

This massager takes 4 AAA batteries (not included) I had an issue after installing the batteries, getting the button lined up correctly with the button inside so it would work. It has three speeds, none of which are very strong to be honest. I was very disappointed in the power of each setting. If this steps up once per each 3 speeds, I need at least 10+ to even get to level that would work for me. The head is flexible, which was nice when using on my calf. I didn't intend on using this in water, but it says it's waterproof, so I tried it. Water did get inside the battery compartment. I did not submerge it under water, just used it on my wet leg while in the bathtub. I took it apart and dried it out and it worked fine, but I wouldn't suggest getting it wet.It sucks battery juice extremely fast. I put brand new energizer batteries in it and after about 10 minutes of total use, the batteries drained and were barely powering the massager.Overall, it just worked okay. I purchased both the PM2PK (pink) model massage wand, as well as the PM1PR (purple) to try and help relieve my almost constant back spasms, and while the both of them work pretty well overall, I have to say that the PM2PK is the better option of the two.The PM2PK model (this one) has a few things going for it that the PM1PR seems to lack. The first thing that you will notice is that the former is quite a bit smaller than the latter...roughly a little bit under 3 quarters of the size of it. This smaller size allows for a more compact device that is easier to take with you when you are on the go. The entire base is made out of a pretty thick plastic and the battery compartment properly seals, which enables you to use it in conditions where waterproofing is required. The silicone knob on the top that does the actual massaging is also a little bit harder than the other model, which allows you to better dig into your sore muscles. The PM2PK model also comes with three vibration settings; low, medium, and high...and also seems to have a bit more power to it. The only downside that I can really find when comparing the two is the fact that the PM2PK model requires 4 AAA batteries to power it.As for the PM1PR model, like I said it is a decent amount larger and does not seem to have the same amount of power as the PM2PK model. It also only has two settings; low and high...which can be changed via the switch on the front. Like the other model, the PM1PR model is also waterproof, and while the silicone head is a little bit softer, it is still hard enough to get the job done. The one thing that I do like over the PM2PK model is the fact that it only requires a single AA battery to power it, as opposed to 4 AAA batteries.My only real gripe with these is the fact that they do not offer them in more manly colors.Note: I purchased this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review, and this IS my honest and unbiased thoughts on this product.
