Natrol High Caffeine 200 mg per Serving, Energy Support Supplement for Adults, 100 Tablets, 100 Day Supply

Got tired of drinking tons of energy drinks and coffee doesn't work anymore. These are 200mg which isn't alot compared to all the energy drinks I would consume in a day. Maybe 2 Celsius and 3 V8 energy. The first day I took a whole pill and ended up with headache and very weak (my own fault) because I didn't eat anything...lol. I then started taking half a tablet and they don't make you all jittery. I think a person needs to eat also so that their body has fuel. I now take half to a whole and I still sometimes need to add an energy drink. But I'm also overweight and don't sleep well. They are definitely worth a try for anyone wanting caffeine without drinking all the extra calories. No bad aftertaste either.

Coffee hurts my stomach in the morning. I take one of these in the morning- helps get the day going and no weird side effects. Even though supplements are not regulated by the fda for consistency in the active ingredients- this company appears to ensure a consistent product of high quality. Been using for 4+ years

I used these to quit my energy drink problem. Over the past 2 years I went through 3 bottles. Now I’m on my 4th bottle, and it’s staying sealed until I absolutely need it. Caffeine can be nice, but these might make you over do it because it’s not hard to pop an extra 1 or 2. 200mg is a lot, and it can trigger a reaction suddenly. Heart palpitations, anxiety, etc. so use responsibly. I’m still recovering from consuming too much, so I’m feeling tired all the time, but it’s getting better day by day.

I was told by my doctor not to have energy drinks, but I still needed a little caffeine in the mornings to get my brain firing on all cylinders. I don't drink coffee, (and yes, I am still allowed to live in WA state.) I like being in control of how much caffeine I get and I'm literally saving hundreds of dollars not buying energy drinks. Some days, I only take half of a tablet, but most work days, one tablet is needed to get me through meetings that could have been an email. A short email.

I've tried a lot of energy shots and drinks in the past, from Monster Energy, Rockstar to X-Mode. I decided to try these to skip the sugar and junk that comes with energy drinks and found these to be excellent. They not only boost my energy levels but also brightens my mood, keeping me very positive. There is no crash like with other energy supplements, filled with sugar and unnecessary ingredients. These pills are flavorless so don't expect anything like an energy drink. I down these with water.I break them in half and take one in the morning and one in the afternoon if needed. They are easy to split in two. I find that taking an entire pill at once gives me heart palpitations. The cost is extremely affordable. I do take them sparingly, no more than 3 times per week. They lose their effect if I take them daily.I will continue to use these as needed as they work as intended and the cost cannot be beat.

I amTrying to give up diet pop, these pills are helping.I usually just take one in the late afternoon and it does the job.

It doesn't give me heartburn, so it's easy on a sensitive stomach.
