Excellent book for middle east sweets. Bought it as a gift for a friend and he loves it.

Most of these tasty sweets can be made with ingredients on hand, but a few call for items, such as mastic, that you may have to plan ahead to buy in a specialty store. Text is clear, and illustrations most helpful.

Purchased as a gift for a friend. She loves the book and has made several recipes for me. Hope others enjoy it as well.
