Smart Tag Pet ID Tag - Enameled Medium Black Bone

I did not realize that you had to sign up for a membership. Begining there is no extra cost but to keep it running past the trial period you have to pay a yearly fee. I Think that should have been stated in the discription.

Very disappointed that the tag isn't engraved. A bit of a pain to find someone to put the pet's name on it.

The smart tag pet id broke at the aspect that attaches at the collar. Seems cheaply made.

chose this tag cause it was easy, quick to register, and it looks cute. I was never very comfortable putting a chip in my dog

NO STARS! They are scammers! I cancelled my account with them four years ago after our cat lost her tag and then shortly thereafter, died. Every single year in May they attempt to take $9.95 out of my account for the original yearly monitoring. Every year I call them and they say they've taken care of it. Happened again this year! Called and all I got was "I'll have to talk with supervisor and call you back" Of course, they never called back. This happened twice already. They are illegally trying to take money from me each year on an account that was closed 4 years ago!

I agree with the only other (at this time) reviewer. Doesn't tell you anywhere on the packaging that they are going to want more money for you to register the tag. I can't figure out at this point if the information I provided on their sign in page now has my dog in their system or not, without my paying for a 'subscription'. Do I even bother to put the tag on my dog??

No where on the packaging does it say that you have to also pay to register this online. You can opt for the free 30 days, however, you still have to pay $1.99 for the one-time registration so in reality for $1.99 and the MSRP of $9.99 you get 30 days of protection until it runs out. Might as well get a collar with your phone number embrodiered on it.
