I ordered and received this 3-pack of ELSHA's Forest Tonic Box Set. This is an organic cold process bar soap with each bar of soap individually boxed. The bars are 4-ounces each. They are more of a rectangular shape and are noted as being 85% organic and include ground juniper berries for exfoliating and essential oils to add a scent.When I typically receive more natural/organic soaps, especially those with essential oils as an ingredient, I can get a whiff of that scent even as I open the package. I didn't have that experience with this 3-pack and that was a dominating experience that continued through my use. There definitely is a scent here - it's just less of a scent than I expected and it doesn't quite linger as long as I expected. For some, this may make the soap more attractive as sometimes those essential oils can become a bit much.I struggled a bit here with the shape of the bar and, quite honestly, I found the edges of the soap to be just a wee bit sharp. It's not truly sharp, of course. This is soap. However, the edges are a little edgier than I would expect soap to be. When I use soap, I'm looking for a soothing, nurturing experience. With these bars, I have to be a little more careful with how I handle them and the experience just feels less nurturing.On the positive side, the soap lathers up rather nicely and it's a very clean lather. The organic qualities are in abundance here because I don't feel greasy after washing and there's no lingering film.This soap is noted as made in the USA (Idaho and Utah) and is also noted as being vegan and cruelty-free in terms of process and ingredients.ELSHA's 3-pack Forest Tonic Box Set is a solid natural soap alternative. This 3-pack would be an attractive gift-set. The pricing is consistent with most natural soaps and the soap delivers in terms of cleaning, exfoliating, and moisturizing. While I wish the scent was a bit stronger here and lingered a bit longer, overall this is definitely a soap I'd consider when exploring natural soap options.
