This product does look very nice on the wall. The only issues I had with it were some of the parts were bent when I received it, they did bend back pretty easily though. Also the hardware that came with it was useless. Ended up just using drywall screws and a long bit and it seemed a lot sturdier that way.

I may buy another one or two of these for other rooms. Great organization shelf. Easy to install and looks great! Used it for diapers in my nursery!

The item is lovely and we’re looking forward to putting it in our camper. Please be more careful when we package up items. It came slightly bent but we wee able to straighten it out.

Shelf came broken at the metal frame and it was warped. I did not have the energy to return so my husband did his best to fix it and make it work. It’s not holding heavy things, just more to display items in guest bedroom.

Received this product broken in multiple spots as well as the wood warped. The gold is also a very cheap looking gold

Cheap crap. Worth maybe $10 for the quality, and that’s for the bigger one. The metal is uneven. Just extremely cheaply made.

This thing could not be made of cheaper materials. Even though it was packaged appropriately, when it showed up to my door the cheap metal was bent in several spots. The flat surface they’re calling wood is a stretch, not sure what to call it, however it’s garbage even compared to IKEA stuff. Finally, they sent me 4 nails to hang and secure their product. Not screws, or screws with drywall anchors, but 4 nails??

I know it says it’s a coat rack but I use it for my keys and hat. It’s gorgeous! I didn’t expect it to look this cute.
