The app really ruins an another wise really unique smart/hybrid watch. This watch has two batteries, one for the time and one for smart functions, which is really neat and very smart... However the app is woefully lacking for even hybrid watches. It comes in a BEAUTIFUL box, really blew me away. You feel like royalty. But unfortunately I would not buy this as a gift because it's very unrelaiable. I was having trouble connecting it to my phone and eventually it simply could not be done because it said the app was no longer compatible with my phone. Very strange. I want to like it, I would recommend oIt as a gift for sure if only it was a better app. If the developer claims they've fixed or improve it, I would buy this again in heart beat, specifically as a gift. Really you won't find a more visually appealing package and minimalist watch. Very nice... Except the app. Lol

This is my second Nevo. I was an early backer and I was very disappointed for the longest time, but I got a notice of a couple of updates so I pulled it out of the drawer gave it another try. Bravo guys. Nevo now does what it was always supposed to and I love it! I was so impressed, I bought one for my Dad for Christmas. He’s semi new to his iphone and not tech-savvy at all but he’s trying to stay active but doesn’t want to wear just a step tracker. I’ll update with his thoughts on it after Christmas.

REVISED due to longer testing of watch/smart features:APPEARANCE: The style of the watch face is minimal and very pleasing. The leather strap is comfortable and stylish also.BLUETOOTH: This feature lacks simply because the disconnect is constant regardless of how near or far your phone is from the watch. When you open the Nevo app, you will have to connect your watch every time and then wait some time for the sync to occur.STEPS/RUNNING: This very optimistically calculates steps. In fact, as tested, the watch can be on the counter and still manage to calculate over 500 steps without being worn. How optimistic is the calculations? On a 10,000 step day (actual steps), the Nevo watch will record almost 15,000. Definitely a mood booster (goal completed – YAY!); however, completely inaccurate.SLEEP TIME/QUALITY: The differences of light sleep, deep sleep and wake time is completely erroneous with this tracker. Over weeks of sleep and getting only “light sleep” as a measurement, I left the tracker on the nightstand with the thinking that perhaps it was very sensitive tracker so any movement showed as “light sleep”. But, even with absolutely NO movement, there was only “light sleep” again.NOTIFICATIONS (calls/texts/emails/daily goal reach): This again goes to the Bluetooth connection. When the connection is not there (consistently), there is no notification of any types.ALARMS: Three alarms can be set and these seem to work with consistency. I do like the visual (lights) as well as the vibration.TIMEPIECE: Keeps time well and with the design is very easy to read with just a glance to your wrist.BATTERY LIFE: In the month of testing, the timepiece battery continued. The watch came with two batteries for the tracker; however, both were less than 50% charged, so I bought a new, 100% charged battery for testing. This battery lasted almost 3 weeks before completely drained. This far below the “6+ months” as advertised.NUTSHELL: Design is beautiful. Steps are over-calculated. Sleep time and quality are incorrect. Bluetooth constantly disconnects. Notifications typically do not register because Bluetooth is disconnected. Battery life for the smart features is 3 weeks maximum.

Okay so I am a smartwatch freak. The best thing about this watch is the looks and the quality of the watch itself. It is a hybrid smartwatch so you can't expect functions like the types of smart watches that have screens. This is much more elegant and simple. The biggest problem as you have seen in other reviews is connectivity. My trick is to turn off other Bluetooth devices that want to connect to my android phone when I am pairing this watch. After it is paired, I can connect to other Bluetooth devices. Often I need to "forget" the watch in the app, put the watch into shipping mode, restart my phone, and start over. Fortunately, the app keeps the settings (if you sign in.) Best thing about this watch is the price. I have managed to buy two of these for $29 and for the quality of the watch alone it can't be beat. Much better than a Chinese smartwatch, even if the Chinese watch has better connectivity. Warning... This is not a watch for someone who is not willing to put any effort into connecting it to your phone. If you are an android person, get a Google OS watch, and you will have no problems in that area. Otherwise a very nice watch to add to my collection.

Great looking watch. However, hard to connect to phone. Then with the newest app update it cannot be paired. It is paired to the the phone, but not the app. Makes the smart features of the watch worthless.

Got the watch this evening after work and not even a few hours later, my first battery died. I really like the watch and the functions, but I’m bummed it barely lasted. I’m glad it came with an extra battery though.

C'est exactement ce que je cherchais : une montre lisible sans lunettes, jolie, simple et bien finie. Côté connectivité, effectivement, c'est le minimum mais c'est suffisant pour celui qui ne veux pas avoir un téléphone "bis" au poignet. Des petites leds de couleur qui s'allument en fonction des notifications et un petit coup de vibration au poignet c'est bien et discret.La portée du Bluetooth est un peu réduite mais quand on revient vers le tel, la connexion reprends vite. Je l'utilise avec un iPhone SE.La montre est livrée avec une pile de rechange (pour les fonctions connectées) et l'outil pour ouvrir le boitier. C'est aussi bien car la pile qui était déjà dedans n'a pas tenu bien longtemps (1 semaine)Côté négatif : le vibreur n'est pas assez efficace, les mesures du podomètre me semblent fantaisistes (double de mon iPhone...) et la fonction analyse du sommeil, je n'ai pas compris l'intérêt (je ne dors pas avec ma montre au poignet...)Point noir : la notice. nulle. et quand on va sur le site, en anglais, c'est mal expliqué. On y arrive quand même mais c'est dommage...Au final, 4 étoiles quand même car achetée au bon moment à 93€ au lieu des 350€ de départ.Octobre 2017: ça fait bientôt 4 mois que je l'utilise. Toujours content. Très lisible. Vibrations effectivement un peu faibles mais suffisantes. Connection bt parfois aléatoire. Heure exacte, heureusement !

Se volete un orologio da usare solo come orologio è un ottimo prodotto, fa quello che deve (mostrare l'ora) come un qualsiasi orologio da 3€ in su...Se volete anche gestire le notifiche, controllare i passi e l'andamento scordatevelo! i tasti per interagire sono scandalosi e l'app per impostarlo e aggiornarlo è una barzelletta! dopo il pairing ha iniziato a non rilevarlo più e a spegnere e riaccendere il bluetooth del telefono!Nel dubbio che dipendesse dal mio iPhone, ho provato anche su un altro e il risultato è stato lo stesso...Il reso più veloce della mia carriera da acquirente Amazon!

El producto llego en su caja parece usado. Pero lo mejor es que no funciona. Dio durante unos 2 o tres minutos la hora y ya no funciona. El resto como conexión bluetooth inexistente. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

In a way it feels a little unfair to review this watch because I never actually managed to get it to work. I was unable to register an account on the app and I was unable to pair the watch with any of my phones. I tried on multiple occasions with multiple devices. Sadly it was a really disappointing experience from start to finish, which is a shame because I had high hopes and the watch itself looked great.

Die Uhr ist einfach schick, die LED Anzeige gefällt mir sehr gut und zeigt mit täglich meine Schritte an. Nicht nervig sondern edel. Ist man einmal aus der bluetooth Reichweite raus verbindet sich die Uhr nicht wieder von alleine. Deshalb von mir nur 4 Sterne. Mich störts nicht, bin ohnehin kein Freek der ständig verbunden sein muss.
