I have experienced a few dead batteries and had to have a tow come out to jumpstart the vehicle. I noticed many had one of these jumpers and used them to start the car. I purchased this particular model, and it was the best money I have spent on a recent product! Each time I have used it, it has immediately started the vehicle with no problems at all. I am actually still working on the factory charge the jumpstarted came with and I have used it about 4 times. This is very easy to use. It also has a spot to charge your phone or other device which would come in handy if you were in a situation where you did not have a way to charge up your phone. It comes with a nice case to store the jumpstarter in. My only con is the leads from the unit to the end cable is pretty short, so you have to make sure to position the unit the right way when doing the jump but once in the right spot it attaches just fine to the engine and works great! This is worth the investment to have on hand.

I've owned this for 2 years now. At first it was great and worked every time I needed to jump start someone. I've used it maybe half a dozen times. However, lately, the last two times I tried to use it, it did not work. It comes on green, goes to blue, and then nothing. It shows having enough battery, but quickly dies and does not jump start the car. Is this a two year product or less?

I’m so happy I purchased this battery jumper! I bought it last year, and it sat in my car for over a year before I finally needed to use it a couple of weeks ago. To my surprise, it started my 2012 Honda Fit right up with no issues. Just last night, I used it to help a family member with her truck, which is much larger than my car. The battery worked out of the box multiple times when new but when i tried using it after few months it won't charge. I reached out to support and they shipped a new battery promptly. So even if the product failed after a while, support was awesome and you only need one of the 2 things. Buy with confidence.
