Only having a hard time finding the starter thread!

There is a nice selection of thread colors and small needles in this kit. Only problem was it was hard to find the starting point of the thread on the spools. The bobbins were ok. Would buy again or as a gift for someone (like when my 24 year old moves out at the end of this or next month).

It's a cute kit and I love the colors, but the bobbins get stuck in my machine. The thread isn't that good of quality. It's ok to use for a few stitches, but I wouldn't recommend for making masks or for heavy sewing.

This is an easy set for sewing machine beginners. Decent thread, pre-wound bobbins, cheap scissors, seam ripper, etc... But the threads don’t match!!! There are 36 spools and 36 bobbins, and SOME of them match- probably half. The other half aren’t even close... for example, there are 6 shades of grey bobbins, and one spool of grey thread that doesn’t match any of them. 5 spools of green shades, and only 2 green bobbins. Very weird. But if you don’t mind your threads not matching... it’s a great set.

Grandkids are learning to sew. They keep the colors just like the picture. Many to pick from!
