Very impressed with this kit upon receipt. All floss is presorted, diagrams are in color and printed on the canvas (no need to cross reference on another page!) and the pattern is expertly printed on the canvas (aligned to the aida). I wish all kits came this organized! Very excited to start this project soon.

3 stars because it comes with absolutely everything material wise, but the key doesn't indicate when half stitches are needed which they clearly are, and I haven't started as a result which is REALLY disappointing.- Updated to 4 stars. I realized that although some of the paperwork indicated possible back stitches after REALLY paying attention and looking the stamped cloth itself says only full stitches. Considering you're supposed to be able to go off either the stamp or the paper that's a little annoying but not terrible. Also it doesn't tell you to use 3 threads for 11 ct Aida or 2 threads for 14 ct. I had to research that also. For being a kit that's not always intuitive to the user, and I've done cross stitch kits before, large Demensions ones, but you didn't have to figure that out either. I'm probably a 10th done, worried the stamp isn't going to wash out but can't say anything about that until it's done in probably a year.

My eyes are not great so the pattern was very small for me to see so I requested a return and the seller granted one very quickly with no hassle and I am very happy with the customer service.

Everything came as promised.

I received kit with 15 colors of thread missing! Sent email to seller for them to send me missing floss and received error that their email does not work! Very upset as this was to be my first cross stitch project which I can not do! Don't waste your money!

It will be a new challenge for me. It will be pretty!
