Q: is this for spraying on feet or inside the shoe?

It is a powder so you can devotedly put it in shoes or on feet but it is not a spray. You shake it out

Q: What are the active and inactive ingredients?

As I read it from the container, the ingredients are zea mays (corn) starch, zinc oxide, sodium bicarbonate, kaolin, fragrance, chloroxylenol. They don't separate them as far as being active and inactive.

Q: Will this help shoes that already stink?

apply the powder directly into the shoe. then let sit for 24 hours to dry. how did u let the shoes get that bad to begin with ???

Q: Does the powder leave a white residue or footprint on the insoles? Does the powder dissolve over time if I'm not using the shoes?

The powder will definitely leave a residue in your shoes. I do not know what will happen overtime though
