Comfortable Handle
Has a comfortable handle - which is surprisingly important for this type of tool.

Hard to use
I used it for removing grout between floor tiles it was really difficult and I ended up doing it with a hammer and screwdriver instead. Hard to rate it ass it does the best it can, it's probably the best tool for the job at this price, this job should really be done with a a powered multi tool.It's a tough well made tool.

Useful product for small jobs
Useful for small area removal. Would recommend for clearing out old grout for a few tiles. A bigger job needs a mini grout drill. Really useful tool.
