Great unit
Got this as a direct replacement for my 2001 Safari Trek transfer switch that went bad on the generator side. Wiring and innards were exactly the same. The housing was a little different so I had to drill new mounting holes. Not a big deal. Installation was a breeze.

The buzz is far far worse than what you are thinking
The buzzing is not a simple electrical hum it is more like an alarm clock buzz all the time. If you remember the Buzz from sodium lights in Gymnasiums that’s more what it is like. What I don’t understand is. If the original blew up. So I replaced with the identical unit same model number and part number why is this one buzzing like an alarm clock and the other was a mild humming. This will have to be replaced. They claim hook it up to hear the buzz before installing that’s kinda funny. I work in manufacturing so to me seems like a clear case of greed. We can save 12 cents buying this part from bing bang hump hump land and charge the same thing. It makes a little hum but we can put a disclaimer paper in it. Screw the customers they can go blow if they don’t like it. The buzzing is far worse than you are thinking.

IT WORKS FLAWLESSLY
The manufacturer states that the switch box will have a slight humming noise that will not be resolved or covered under warranty. The one I purchased is so loud that it can be heard 100 ft. away from RV. I have to sleep with ear plugs because the sound is so loud. Neighboring RV's comment on the noise. The original switch was only noticeable when within 5 ft. of the bin where it's located. In the manufacturers defense, I have not contacted them. The large note included in the box clearly states that the sound will not be covered. I'm searching for replacement parts to rebuild the old failed switch as the noise level is intolerable.
