Looks good in position
The product is light and looks good in position. Seems sturdy and comfortably holds the weight of clothes. Slight issue with the retraction of the line, with assistance it does retract. Overall, I am pleased with this product.

Tricky!!
I guess it's easy enough to drill holes and put the base on the wall. The holes for the screws are colse together which makes it tricky to use all screws.The actual part that goes over the base with the line inside seems a bit flimsy and wouldn't connect right onto the base, not through lack of trying. It kept pulling away at the bottom when the line came out. So I turned it upside down!!! Now works a treat. Still a bit weary it will come off but so far so good!!

No Adjustment
Just fitted this today, I was a carpenter so fitting it was no problem but the instructions are typical of non UK products, amusing at least, common sense should allow easy installation but remember the line is not central to the unit itself in either direction.Do not expect the line to be taut, there is no adjustment and whilst the locking mechanism seems to lock and hold it actually slackens the line very slightly when applied.I only bought it for hanging a few shirts on shirt hangers so it will be fine for that.

Super strong
I put this up in my hallway, it's great for drying stuff overnight, it's really strong ,and holds a lot 😊😊

Brilliant invention!
I love how it isn't in the way! I got a local handyman to install it. It's in my bathroom where I have 2 windows and a door I can shut so it can dry easily. What a fab idea! Love it.

Very good to hang clothes on
Having a big family this has come in handy ready for the winter monthsAs long as you don’t “over” load it it’s perfect to dry the clothes on

Cheaply made.
Bought one, it totally broke, got jammed so went in the bin. Thought I’d try buying it again because I already put the supports on the wall, 2nd one arrived, doesn’t retract at all, got to take the line down and slowly retract it back in by hand. Very cheaply made.
