Vegan staple for Omega Fats
Vegans have a difficult time getting enough calories and fats (especially Omega fats). I take 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in my cereal per day, ensuring to thoroughly crunch them as much as possible. (Not crunching them lets the seed pass through the body and out the other end without being properly digested and the nutrients not being utilized). 2 tablespoons of chia seeds can also be added to drinks such as juice, warm or hot tea, smoothies, milkshakes, or water. Let the seeds gel prior to consuming!Cats can eat cat grass grown from chia seeds, and the microgreens grown from chia seeds are also good for people to eat! Good friend of stomach in summers 2022!
I was very confused while buying chia seed for the first time online because i found bad reviews about chia seeds complained as they having insects so i was searching the best one so i found Mamma chia organic with good reviews so I decided to buy this and it was superb ! The taste is very yummy like they are fresh and needs to soak over night and the best result u will find that the stomach is happy thanks God ! Thanks Amazon for bringing this to me !
