Incredibly difficult to assemble. NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS. Flimsy, cheap plastic, sharp edges on every one of the ten thousand individual tiny pieces. The entire thing falls apart if you breath on it, never mind let a 3or 4 year old play with it! We couldn’t return it because the entire insanely complex structure that took two hours to assemble, was completely decimated by a gentle, sweet, 3 y.o. little girl in under 48 hours. She wasn’t playing hard or rough with the doll house and the whole thing disassembled and ripped(I forgot to mention, all the walls are cardstock. Not plastic or thin wood, or even cardboard! Just simply thick paper) This purchase was an expensive disappointment. Also, the lighting feature is a very thin, sharp, super unbelievably dangerous!, ultra thin wire!!! with tiny GLASS! bulbs and it is supposed to be wrapped around the flimsy plastic railings and columns just like one would wrap Xmas lights around a stairway banner. I cut myself twice with the wire. !!And!! My husband, who initially assembled the unit, is a Lanscape Architect. He didn’t do it wrong. I guarantee that fact. So buyers Beware! Don’t buy this hunk of junk. Not even an architect could get it to stay assembled fore more than 5 days

ALOT of tiny pieces. I held onto for an extra year bc of the assembly process and bc it is not suitable for a child under 4, in my opinion. It's cute though.

NOTE: There is a QR code in the pamphlet that is included, there is a link to a YouTube video and shows you how to build it. This dollhouse has a ton of parts so do not leave it til Christmas or Birthday Eve to build it!!Pros: The dollhouse is very detailed. It comes with a ton of accessories for every room shown including the patio. It also comes with a lightly laminated sheet that goea under the dollhouse that shows a garden, parking lot and pond. It also comes with lights that attach to the dollhouse! They are small and battery operated. Lastly most of everything is made of plastic.Cons: The sides of all the walls/background are made of laminated cardboard. They are thin and slide out of alignment at the slightest touch. Thr plastic pieces where things connect come apart easily. One of the dolls keeps opening up/coming apart when you move her legs.Synopsis: At first look it is very cool, highly detailrd and comes with a lot of cool accessories for inside and outside the dollhouse. However part of the main construction (walls) are made of cardboard and fall out easily. Overall it isn't very sturdy because pieces easily come apart. We plan to use some super glue to keep it all together and that should help tremendously. Due to this I feel it is a bit overpriced for all the "hand work" you have to add in. However my three and a half year olds love it and really enjoy playing with it - although unless heavily supervised I wouldn't recommend anyonr under 5yrs to play alone due to all the tiny kitchen accessories.Overall a very cool product my kids love. But it does need some DIY and supervision to be used.

I really love the colors and shades used to build this house; I was a bit bored with all the pinks and light greens around my kids play room and these colors really looked refreshing!It was easy to assemble, all the parts came in small packets which made it easy to assemble.Am pleasantly surprised that all the pieces are detailed and sturdy!! Love it !! A very nice gift for little girls

The moment the doll house arrived my girls can’t wait to open them. I have a 9 year old and a 6 year old. They assembly they house by themselves without my supervision which was awesome. Pros: easy to assembly, house details looks great and lots of accessories included, the price is also very affordable. It really inspires my kids imaginations. There are 3 string lights which I came in to help them. During that time I noticed the “walls” are actually cardboards. They could be a bit more solid. The doll house also comes with a mat which is paper based, after a week of use the side of the paper curls up, I also wish it can be made with a more solid material. Overall, I think I made the right choice and most importantly my girls love it and play with it all the time.

This is not very big at all. It is not life sized which is what I was looking for. Cute but flimsy. It falls apart very easily. I'm was very dissappoited.
