Cheap product!! Came defective!
Just received this pill organizer today. Opened it up and it was torn at the plastic seam. Went to return The defective product and the seller doesn’t do returns. Amazon was good enough to refund. Cheap product!!!!

Keeps pills secure in my travel bag!
Awesome for travel. I was concerned that the compartments wouldn't be big enough as my other ez dose organizer is labeled an "extra large". However, these compartments (though labeled large) were exactly the same size as my older extra large. Would have been worked perfectly if the Airlines I took to Italy hadnt required me to carry all my scripts in their original bottles! I ended up sorting my pills once I got to Italy and then they were at least easier to carry when traveling within the coutry.

Good for long trip
Perfect design, but there's a thin plastic holder to keep them in the cover, and one is ripped, design flaw. Oh well... still usable.

Large enough for all my pills
This organizer works great for me. Each compartment is 1.1" x 1.1" x 1.1" (approx.). It holds my larger pills (fish oil) with ease and enough space for more. I can fit 8 fish oil pills that are 1" long into a single compartment. The plastic sleeve that house the pill cases is fairly thick and durable. I don't think it'll last forever, but it won't tear quickly either.
