Easy to put together looks awesome

There was only one piece that wasn't the right size and was easily cut w a hacksaw. It's kinda flimsy if you were freestanding it. We have it anchored to a wall so serves it's purpose for our clematis go vine up it. Pretty easy to set up parts went together easily. Would recommend for the price.

DIYs beware, the 51 pieces of PVC (and about 3 dozen screws) come in box that's about 6" x 6" x 85''. Very tall and too flexible for one person to completely manage final set-up. The fitting of pieces into to their places is amazingly precise (very impressive). But the few screws are only enough to keep the pieces in the right location - the angles, that in most cases need to be 90 degrees, are very changeable throughout the whole process. The most curious thing is that the instructions for page 4 have illustrations on page 5. Then page 5 words go with page 4 pictures. It takes a while, and a little help, but I'm sure my wife will love it!

I'm not sure why there's negative reviews, if you read the instructions and use a tape measure to sort everything out (seriously DO IT) you will find that it's surprisingly easy to put together. I'm a 30 something 5'3'' female and I had this put together and in the ground in a little over an hour. It does seem a little flimsy but I have it resting against the side of a garage with 2 of the ground anchors, I live in a very windy area, but I'm not worried about it because I will eventually have two climbing roses growing up it. All in all, for the price, it's exactly what I was looking for, pretty and very easy to put together.

The product looks really nice when assembled and with the proper base built, it may last some time. However, the materials are not very sturdy and the slightest wind will knock it to the ground.I'm not upset about the purchase, but feel that it is costly for the quality.
