Great set of wheels. I ordered these because the chair that I purchased had horrible wheels. This wheel glides so wheel that I almost missed my seat. Please make sure to lock your seat before sitting. If you are on carpet it shouldn’t roll like it does on a smooth surface. It does lock well. Only thing is don’t try to lock down with your barefoot it is a bit stiff and you might hurt yourself. It’s a great replacement but it’s a little costly, I found a set with a better price that I might get for my other chair.

I usually wait for a while before submitting a review on a product. I want to see if it works a few weeks or months later. However, this time I must share my opinion immediately.Immediately after putting these casters on, I could tell a BIG DIFFERENCE. OMG! The chair feels so much different. Comfortable, it glides easily on carpet. Being a big guy, these casters are not crying out. The solid metal construction gives me peace of mind.Any chairs I purchase in the future with casters, I'll opt for these again instead of waiting for the original casters to break.

What a difference this make when replacing the original plastic casters on my home office chair. I can finally move around again. One of the best parts is how quiet they are. You literally can not hear them. A word of caution, these casters might be too good. You need to be careful when you go to sit down. One small tap and the chair will go sliding across the room like a figure skater on new ice, so look before you sit.

These are great. The wheels that came with my office chair were plastic and literally broke into pieces with use. These rubber replacement wheels have worked so well on one office chair that I bought a second set for a second office chair. In both cases, I was able to get rid of the floor mat and use the chair directly on carpet with no problems moving and no issues with wear on the carpet.

Worth the price. Extremely high quality. I was pleasantly surprised. They feel incredibly sturdy and offer good mobilityThese are good to replace plastic wheels, especially if you have hard flooring. This can definitely save your vinyl or hardwood flooring from damage. They glide very well. You may consider getting a floor mat for your desk/chair because these wheels roll way better than you might expect

They seem to operate fine and fit the chair perfectly. However, all 5 have the exact same manufacturing defect & some other small defects. I bought the black/clear option and it looks like where the rubber was injected into the mould, it melted the inside silver piece a bit. You can see it on all 5 wheels, each one it's right next to where the injection clearly happened (divot/not smooth on the outside clear rubber). In the first image this shows as a dark blob right next to where the rubber isn't smooth due to the injection process. Second image is what appears to be an air bubble. Neither the black blob or the air bubble appear to be anywhere near the surface of the injection, both are deep inside the clear rubber. This appears to be purely cosmetic.

Excellent replacement wheels; in fact, if you have or buy an office chair, go ahead and get these to replace the wheels. Bought 1 set and ended up getting more to replace wheels on all the office chairs. Makes the chairs like new again.

Replaced original hard plastic rollers on my home office chair. These are great. Easy to replace, roll much easier, smoother and less friction in the floor. I would buy again
