I got the D-Mannose to help with Uti after reading up about remedies. After reading several of your customer reviews I decided to get them. Thankfully I saw good results within a few days of taking them . I shall continue with the tablets , hopefully as a preventative measure and as a supplement to my diet plus I'm also vegetarian & it says they're suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

I really notice if I miss taking this even just one of the 3 daily doses over a few days my bladder infection comes back and I'm up ever hour during the night. Now that I'm making sure not to miss a dose I sleep for six hours without getting up then can go back to bed for a couple of more hours before breakfast. I had no idea I'd been simmering a bladder infection for so long until it got really bad when I had a bad cold. I put getting up 3 times a night down to my age.

Taking daily not sure if they make any difference yet

Great product expensive but important

The tablets are on the large side but with a good drink go down easily. Wouldn't be without D-Mannose

Bought these in the past & had good results. This pot is powdery & you need FOUR tablets for the full effect. Tablets are enormous & powdery, difficult to swallow (most mornings make me heave!) and definitely not what I’ve bought before. Don’t recommend

I was very happy with these but am struggling with the new size of the tablets as they are too large for me to swallow easily. Unfortunately I am having to try a different brand.

Must admit, I was skeptical after a urologist recommended this to me. I wasn’t sure a food supplement would help when no amount of medication has touched my constant UTIs and urinary troubles. I’ve been suffering with pretty much constant pain and issues for almost 6 years, and not much else I tried has helped, the infections just keep coming back, so when I was told to try this I figured I had nothing to lose.I took my first dose on Thursday, after almost a week of constant pain and UTI symptoms. Over the weekend, my symptoms dwindled to almost nothing, and by the time I made it to my GP for tests on Monday I was improved to the point that the tests showed no abnormalities. I’m honestly shocked and very, very pleasantly surprised!!I’m hoping this is a good sign of things to come and will most definitely be continuing to take these to keep symptoms at bay.
