Science rocks.You should always take a coenzymated b-complex if you need B (so you don't throw off your electrolyte balance) and you should go wholefood based if you're taking vitamins.I.e. Win-Win.

I give these to my elderly mom, she used to have splitting unhealthy nails, but now they're beautiful and I have to cut them for her every few weeks! Her overall health seems to be much better than before she started taking these. Also, no complaints about the seller, very satisfied with their service.

Best B vitamins! Tried and wasted money on many other b vitamins. This one is THE best!!! I can feel a difference right away after couple of days. I will never go with another brand. Feels like you are a bit alive than sluggish.

The pills I recieved are no iron. The ones advertised are complete......with iron. This is the SECOND shipment this happened. False advertising. If I wanted no iron....I would have ordered no iron multivitamin
