The coat is good quality and comfy

After many years, I needed to obtain a new (clean!!) lab coat.The coat that arrived was very well constructed, and my name and credentials were perfectly embroidered. Since I have been in medicine for almost 40 years, this will probably be the last lab coat I purchase!

I loved how quick I got the lab coat. The embroidery did not take more than a standard order.

The first coat sent was a Medium, when I ordered a Large. I contacted the company and they had me send a picture of the coat and of the packing slip. They owned their mistake and were very polite. They sent me out another coat immediately. The garment is high quality fabric and made very well.

Nice quality material and great embroidery. I should have ordered a size smaller because it runs big.

I can't wait to wear my jacket

This white coat has three major problems that make me regret from purchasing:1. It has a pinkish hue to it rather than completely white; making it appear unprofessional when wearing.2. The size is not accurate (way too big for Medium size).3. The material feels very flimsy and thin, definitely not going to be long lasting if worn dailyWhen I brought up these concerns to the seller, the seller does not accept exchange or returns, which mean it will end up useless, and money wasted.
