I take this with a 5 mg melatonin ( I need 8 to 10 melatonin to sleep) it works great

While this helped me sleep, it did not help me wake up in the morning. No matter how much sleep I got, I still had a very hard time waking up and staying awake. Not the right sleep gummy for me.

I was going to knock a star off because these are not real chewy. They kid not break apart in my mouth then I take some water to swallow the residue. Then I notice on the bottle these have “no gelatin” which is why, I’m guessing, they are all that “gummy-like”. Apparently non-gelatin can be a good thing, but just know this when you buy them, they are all the gummy-like. The flavor is a little tart but not bad. I think this is good since there is no hidden sugar. Now, let’s get to the sleep ability and quality. I generally don’t like to take more than 3 or 4 mg of melatonin. More than that and I am often groggy the next morning. This product has 4 mg in each tablet. Even though the bottle suggests taking 2 tablets, I just take one. One is plenty to get me to sleep and stay asleep until morning. I also sleep well by not being restless. I think the chamomile may help with this. I’ve often taken chamomile to help me sleep. I also like this product in that it doesn’t have any magnesium that can make my stool a little too soft. Overall, I recommend this product as long as as buyers realize these are non-gelatin and, therefore, are only slightly gummy-like.

I'm glad I tried these gummies, although there not as delicious tasting as some,they're very doable and work for me, which many sleep gummies don't.These are natural elderberry flavor, but I taste the lemon balm first - then elderberry.This combination of 4mg melatonin / 50mg L-Theanine / 6mg lemon balm extract /20mg chamomile / 50mg organic elderberry extract = has been working pretty well so far.These are relaxing for me in a few minutes, although they don't make me as drowsyas some melatonin gummies I've tried =what's interesting is that these end up helping me sleep through the night.The bottle says there for 8 hrs sleep. So far so good.These are a clean chew, they don't stick together nor to teeth.There low in sugar - 2mg.Serving - 2 daily = bottle 30 servingsExpiration July 2023
