Doesn't get as hot as my open burner so my coals take a lot longer. It's nice that it's closed and smaller and easier to travel with though.

Item did not work at all out of the box. It turned off and immediately turned off the on then off. It would never heat up. Let alone what up coals.

The media could not be loaded.  This has been the most convenient coal burner I’ve owned to date. Safe to use and lights coals very fast. Recommend to all hookah owners

It burns coals slow i don’t think i will buy again.
