Mine had a small fraying in the metal braid, but that can occasionally happen with any make. Otherwise, excellent.Note: this is NOT for the older standard of a 3/8" x 7/8" toilet connection.

Very good quality but I prefer the lines that have the nylon connector. They are easier to use in a tight space.

Wrong Item Sent - Item mislabeled
The quality of the product seems to be great, though I was unable to install it. Unfortunately, the tube appears to be mislabeled. The Amazon listing suggests that one end is 0.5 inches while the other is 7/8ths. Indeed, this is EXACTLY what is clearly printed on the blue label. Unfortunately, the ACTUAL size is 3/4 on one end and 7/8 on the other. In other words, the item with the correct LABEL was sent, but the item itself does not match the label. I have ordered a slightly longer version from the same company in the hope that the slightly longer one is not part of the same mislabeled batch.
