Excellent quality.
Geothermal water shut off, works great, might shut off a little too quick causing pipes to rattle, can live with it. Great product for the price.

Bad solenoid
Waste of money, time & Effort to install. Solenoid won’t open at all, stuck closed all time even with applied recommended voltage as test.

Bad threads.
The threads on this part are not NPF threads. I don't know what those threads are but they would not fit any 1" pipe I tried it on. Not galv metal, plastic or copper. Luckily I was using schedule 80 so I was able to force it on using a little heat. U have it two stars because it did work, and after a month of use is still working.
