My son loves these rings - he has anxiety and ADHD and is always moving/fidgeting. He told me he is able to focus better, sit more comfortably and pay attention when he needs to if he is able to spin and fidget with the rings. He's had fidget toys but tends to lose them - he hasn't lost any of his rings yet!

These are high quality, as far as I can see the first day. They feel nice and move well.However, only not 5 stars because the sizing is really inconsistent. I ordered a size six, as I want to wear them on my ring fingers. I have small hands/fingers.The ring with two rings linked together is larger than a six. Probably a 7. I have to wear it on another finger. The sparkly ring is exactly a size six and fits perfect. The ring with the chain is way too small. Probably a 4. It only fits my pinky. They were all labeled size 6 so that’s pretty disappointing.

These are cute but they are not all size 8.. the double one is the only one I’m able to fit comfortably. So very disappointed in that

Easy fidget without being too distracting

These seem really durable qnd look great. Only thing I'd criticize is they don't seem to spin very smoothly, but it's not terrible.

My favorite one is the silver with the black middle part. I use it everyday.I got my usual size and it fits perfect.

The rings looked exactly like the pictures. Only thing I didnt like is that they dont come in half sizes and not all three rings are "equally" the same size. It is needed to get one size bigger but that size might be a tad bit loose on your fingers. Not sure how to spin the two band silver and black ring, but its good for costume jewelry. They spin well so far.
