Good quality base and fully functional
We had a plastic base installed and unfortunately it broke and this time we have replaced with metal base which feels sturdy and good looking too..

Strong base, easy to install and fits in any office chair. Very comfortable
The old base was broken as it was of plastic n fibre material. This product is strong as it is made of iron. Wheels move very smooth. My old chair has now become as good as new.
