Update: Don’t test on back of your hand. Not sure if it’s dense or the skin is thick but it will not work. I thought I had a dead device. I put the actual gell on my bags under my eyes, it worked!! Even on 1st level and the micro radio frequency is really strong and heats up really fast! This is exactly what I was hoping for because the bags under my eyes are very puffy. Just using it twice I feel like it has tighten the muscles under my eyes. Especially when I smile you can really tell the difference it’s not as loose. I am really excited to see a difference in a month. Will update. Thank you Cindy for such excellent customer service. They reached out and answered all my emails and followed up to make sure I get the device that works!-Was really excited and really wanted to love this. Got it today…been charging for 5 hours and exited to use but nothing is happening. Lights turns on different levels 1, 2, and 3 but absolutely no vibration or movement. It’s just dead. I’m hoping I just got a dud but this is really concerning. Waiting to see if this second one they sending me will work.

The roller is a serious hazard, I squeezed it a little and the ball flew out and hit my eyeball . I ended up going to the dr and he said I had avoided a major accident and had to walk around d with a black eye. The fell bottle is dangerous!!

I was exited I found a product like this- very compact and easy to travel with. First few times it was working well. I can feel the sensation against my skin. Then it stopped working- maintaining that charge for only a short time. I was passed the 30 days for return with Amazon, but the company had their 60 day return plus warranty if you register with their aftersales team. I contacted the company and after a few emails, they processed my refund. I was hoping it would work out for me. Really liked it initially because it was convenient and small. Product material feels heavy enough and good quality- unfortunately I received one that wasn’t working well. It was confusing when they reply to the emails and you need to forward your concerns to their aftersales team. But Cindy was very gracious and helpful. Also received an email from Mark, the sales manager, after making the purchase which was nice- seldom receive emails like this. All in all was very satisfied with their customer service- just unfortunate and disappointed wasn’t able to continue to use it.

Product arrived quickly, however directions were vague. Device got very hot, gel substance that was provided dried on the skin quickly and there was no indication of what it's contents were. So to see if you had a reaction to gel and had to find an alternative you are on your own. For returns, you have to repackage and print a shipping label. No happy about that. Overall mediocre experience and will second guess buying from this brand again

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that they should have a YouTube with a good demonstration of how to use it. There was one on the Amazon page at one point but it vanished. It took me a while to get it correct but once I did, it seems to work quite well and feels good in the morning. My bags do seem to be getting better. They say to use it 3-5 times a week. I thought it would help me faster, doing it more. WRONG! It's very gentle but you do need to give the skin some time off between treatments or the skin will get irritated. Nothing serious, like a mild windburn. The motions are like those in a lymphatic drainage massage, which I saw on the vanishing video, so it goes from the undereye out towards and onto the cheekbones. Do it slowly but don't hold it on any one spot.All in all, a very good little gadget for those of us despairing with under eye bags.

I have been using it a bit and surely it works. But for some reason I end up with my teeth bothering me every time I use it. Besides, the gel I ordered with it is just awful for the face. So unfortunately, I won't use it any more.Update: Based on my review the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund, since I could not use the device due to health issues. It took some back and forth emails, but I got my refund after such a long time. I ordered it in December 2021, now it's the end of February. Absolutely awesome customer service. And a special thanks to 'Cindy', who helped very much and was always professional and kind. Thank you!

Great product for stimulating the muscles around the eyes, and **bonus** I found that it's strong enough to stimulate the muscles around the labiofacial lines from my nose to the corners of my mouth and below the corners; the shallowest line is almost gone, but the deeper lines will take more time. On the eyes, it has begun to either remove or cover damage caused by pulling under the eyes when applying concealer. My crow's feet have become less noticable. You DO need to use serum to conduct the pulses. I have very delicate skin and the strength of the microcurrent pulses has NOT caused any damage--it just exercises the muscles and helps the serum to penetrate better. The device took some time to charge for first use but the charge lasts a long time.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I followed the directions and charged it went to use it and it came broke it did not work. Sent it back took the seller forever to update my account so I could not get my money back. Not impressed,
