I’ve tried many, many curcumin supplements over the years. I’ve taken Jarrow 95 for a number of years now which has worked very well overall. I’ve tried many others to see if I can get better relief from pain & inflammation but they’ve all been rubbish frankly. Until now. The Jarrow formula 95 had gone up in price so I decided to try these as the ingredients seemed as pure in makeup and it’s the only curcumin that’s 98 too. I didn’t think it would be much cop but gave it a go anyway. So glad I did!Started off taking one a day and the effects were noticeable within a few days. Being a skeptic I put it down to the fact I was just a having a “few good days” health wise. After two weeks I had no other option but admit it was the new curcumin that was making a drastic difference. As it was so much cheaper than my usual Jarrow 95 I then started taking two a day (morning/tea time) and this has improved my pain/inflammation levels even more. So, so happy I plumped on these instead of the many,, many other brands/types available. Highly recommend to anyone though of course YMMV. I don’t usually do reviews but knowing how many people out there suffer in silence with chronic pain I just had to share my findings.*Ive found out (after a fair bit of research) why these capsules are so effective after taking them for some months now. It is because they contain “root extract” which so few do. Forget organic or terms like these, most are useless. Find a curcumin supliment that has root extract in it as 200mg of turmeric extract is the equivalent of taking 10,000mg of organic turmeric. No wonder these work so well!

This is my favourite brand of curcumin. It does not contain additives which for me causes intestinal problems. Its mixed with high amounts of ginger and bioperine that makes it easier to digest and absorb. Good for those who want the benefits without any negative side effects.

This is the strongest extract I have found at 98% curcumin. After a few weeks of taking, the stiffness around my lower back eased with reduced numbness. Happy.

At 98% this is probably the highest strength curcumin supplement. It will help reduce aches to the extent that you will notice it. Good for anyone with mild-severe arthritis.

I like that the product is pure, without any stabilisers or artificial ingredients. Seems to be more effective than the turmeric capsules I was taking.

Easy to swallow capsules, high strength curcumin. Will take a few weeks to notice any notable improvements. Especially good for arthritis.
