Diamond Pro Color Bumper plates are constructed of virgin rubber and stainless steel inserts. These bumper plates are a true 17.7-inch (450mm) diameter plate meeting IWF specification. The color allows for them to be easily identified by size. They have a dead bounce and are easy on your floors and bars while doing Olympic lifting. Molded with over 150-ton of pressure they are able to give a nice smooth finish to all the plates. With a machined stainless insert they are able to decrease the amount of play when the plate is on the bar.
