I have been using this electric fence for a few months now. So far it has been a great product. I especially love having a remote control. It helps with training in areas where there is no electric fence. I like being able to use just the vibrate feature. It is usually just enough to train my dog without having to shock her. I also called for some technical assistance and my call was answered immediately. Great product with great technical support.

Collar is failing to interface with wire and remote periodically after less than 1 year of use.
Purchased this unit in April. The receiver took quite a while to get it tuned to an acceptable level of sensitivity.The collar is a bigger issue. The green indicator light will light up continuously, and the remote and wire perimeter will not interface with it. When this occurs, I have to remove the back of the collar, unplug the battery and reset the system. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to when this malfunction occurs.I would not recommend this system for that reason alone.

Don't throw your money away on this product.
Terribly unhappy with this product. We thought it would be great since it offered a remote collar and electric fence. However, the collar stopped functioning properly after just a few months and the fence wasn't reliable at all. I tried e-mailing the company to get a replacement or refund but got no response and the phone number is just an answering service no actual person. Finally, I just gave up.

It seems to be a good system.The only bad thing is that they advertise you are getting 13 gauge boundary wire and they send you what I think is 22gauge wire.I will say it is working fine.I just didn't like being mislead.

I though it can with a remote. There's no way to adjust the amount of the shock, only the range from the boundary. I tried over and over to contact the company, good luck with that.

Works as advertised - great value
Installed the system this weekend and it works well and as advertised. No complaints and the MyPaw customer service has been great - they reached out proactively to ensure their were no issues. Would recommend this system to anyone looking to DIY with an electric fence.

Worth the cost
Great product, seems to be holding up well. We have only used the remote for training so far. We will be putting up the electric fencing soon. I expect it to work fine. Worth the money. Our pit-boxer mix is stubborn but is responding to the collar. Finally got the fence installed, works well.
